ORDERING THROUGH OUR CONTINETAL PARTNER
1. Contact us for a login and password.
2. Log In and choose English language from top right hand side of page.
3. Choose from the dropdown menu products available per Week No or Seasonal product lines.
4. View list of available products and prices. Click on (camera icon) to view picture of product.
5. Enter quantities required either by tray, shelf or trolley.
6. View basket & total cost to you (all prices are exclusive of VAT).
7. Edit basket if required.
8. YOU MUST ENTER THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION INTO THE COMMENTS BOX BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR ORDER: BUSINESS NAME, CONTACT NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS. Your order will not be processed without this information.
9. Click ORDER. Once you have confirmed your order the webshop will send us an order confirmation via email. As orders placed are special orders - we will not credit you for goods that have been ordered by mistake or if you decide you no longer require them. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL GOODS ORDERED. Upon receipt of your email order we will contact you to confirm a delivery date for collection. Delivery is chargeable but can be arranged.
10. Orders placed will be paid for upon collection.
11. We currently receive all online orders from our supplier on a Wednesday. You therefore have to order before Monday to ensure collection on Wednesday of the same week. Orders placed on or after Monday are likely to arrive on Wednesday of the following week.
